Our booking information

Once you have received an offer from us and you have confirmed it in writing, we ask for a deposit to secure your booking. You will find the amount stated in your booking confirmation. You can transfer the money to us or give us your credit card details over the phone and we will take the deposit that way.


We rent parking spaces in our underground car park at a price of EUR 14,- per day. As we only have 14 spaces available, we trust you will understand that guests who reserved a space at the time of booking will take priority. Otherwise our outdoor parking spaces are available to our guests free of charge.


Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 month prior to arrival. After this time, you will be invoiced for 90% of the room price. We therefore advise all our guests to research travel cancellation insurance beforehand. Often you are already insured via your Visa or Mastercard credit card – a call to your bank is sufficient – or you can take out an insurance policy for your holiday at www.europaeische.at.


The following children’s prices apply in Hotel Alpenfriede

  • We charge a daily flat rate of EUR 25 for children up to the age of 3 and EUR 35 for 4 to 6 year olds.

  • We can provide the following for you: Child’s bed/cot including bedding, extra towels, nappy bin, children’s bathrobes, free hot water, etc.

  • Children from 7 to 12 receive a discount of 50%, 13 to 15 year olds receive 30% off and from the age of 16, there is a discount of 15% off the hotel price.

We do not offer a babysitting service or children’s entertainment.


You are welcome to take your dog into the café or the hotel bar in the afternoons and in the evenings after dinner. You are not allowed to take your dog into the dining room. Please make sure your dog has its own sleeping place in your room (under no circumstances on the hotel beds). If you don’t have a dog blanket with you we are happy to provide one. We charge a cleaning fee of EUR 12,- per day for your dog.


Your room will be ready for you from 2pm at the latest; possibly earlier depending on availability. If you wish to go skiing on your day of arrival, you are welcome to arrive in the morning. We’ll park your car and store your luggage for you and you can get on and enjoy the skiing. Breakfast on the day of arrival is possible until 10am (EUR 12,- per person).

If you are going to arrive late in the evening (after 6pm), we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Often a call from you whilst you’re en route is also helpful so that we can discuss whether you’ll be in time for dinner or if you’d like us to prepare a cold platter for you.


Our prices are per person, per day. The tourist tax of EUR 3.50 per person, per day (14 years and above) is not included. The following services are included in the price.

  • Breakfast buffet 

  • Our varied skiers’ buffet in the afternoons

  •  4-course evening menu with salad buffet, changing themed evenings such as main course buffet, Italian evening, starter or dessert buffet

  • Use of our gym

  • Use of our “Tiroler Badl” relaxation area with bio sauna, Finnish pine sauna, crystal steam room, infrared sauna, “time out” terrace, tea bar, rest room with Tyrolean tiled stove, sleeping area, free use of towels, etc.

  • Sauna bag with cosy bathrobe and slippers in every room.

  • Nespresso machine and water jug with Alpenfriede spring water in the room

  • Large sun terrace with furs, blankets, rocking chairs and beach chair 

  • Every room has its own heated ski locker in our new ski room with space for all your equipment
