Booking information

Once you have received a quote from us and confirmed it in writing, we ask that you pay a deposit to secure your booking.

Please refer to your booking confirmation for the exact amount of the deposit.

The deposit can be paid either by bank transfer or by credit card over the telephone. In this case, we will charge the amount directly to your credit card.

For guests arriving by car, the following parking options are available:

Underground car park
Parking spaces can be hired at a rate of EUR 14 per day.
As we only have 14 underground parking spaces available, guests who have booked a space at the time of making their room reservation will be given priority.

Outdoor parking spaces
Alternatively, free outdoor parking spaces are available to our guests directly at the hotel.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.

If you cancel less than 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 50% of the booked room rate; if you cancel less than 2 weeks before arrival, we will charge 90%.

We therefore recommend that all guests take out travel cancellation insurance.

Insurance cover is often already included with Visa or Mastercard credit cards. A quick call to your bank can clarify this.

The following rates apply to children at the Hotel Alpenfriede in Hochsölden:

• up to 3 years: EUR 50 per day
• 4–6 years: EUR 70 per day
• 7–12 years: 50% discount
• 13–15 years: 30% discount
• aged 16 and over: 15% discount

We are happy to provide the following facilities for families:

• Cots and cot beds, including bed linen
• Extra towels
• Nappy bin
• Children’s bathrobes
• Free hot water for tea
  

Please note that we do not offer a babysitting service or children’s entertainment.

Dogs are welcome at the Hotel Alpenfriede.

You are welcome to bring your dog to the café or the hotel bar in the afternoon and after dinner. However, dogs are not permitted in the dining room.

In your room, we ask that you provide your dog with its own place to sleep (not in the hotel beds). If you do not have a blanket with you, we will be happy to provide one.

We charge a cleaning fee of EUR 25 per day for your dog.

Your room will be available from 2.00 pm at the latest on the day of arrival – or earlier, subject to availability.

If you’d like to make the most of your arrival day by going skiing in the Sölden ski area, you’re welcome to arrive in the morning. We’ll take care of your luggage so you can head straight out onto the slopes.

Breakfast on the day of arrival is available until 10.00 (€12 per person).

If you’re arriving after 18.00, please let us know briefly. A quick call whilst you’re on your way will help us prepare your dinner accordingly – we’re also happy to provide a cold platter if you’re arriving later.

Our prices are per person per day.

The local tourist tax of EUR 5 per person per day (for guests aged 15 and over) is not included in the price.
