Ski-in & ski-out in Sölden-Hochsölden
Straight from the ski storage room onto the slopes
At the Hotel Alpenfriede, your day’s skiing doesn’t start in the car park or at the valley station – but right outside the door of the ski room.
Strap on your skis, head out onto the slopes and off you go. At 2,090 metres above sea level, right in the heart of the Sölden-Hochsölden ski area, you can enjoy genuine ski-in & ski-out access. The piste runs right past the hotel and, in just a few turns, connects you to the Hochsölden-Rotkogl cable car and the extensive ski area.
Thanks to the high-alpine location and proximity to the two glacier ski areas, you can expect excellent conditions for your skiing holiday from November right through to well into spring.

The Sölden ski resort
The Sölden ski resort is one of the most famous winter sports destinations in the Alps.
Around 144 kilometres of slopes, modern lift facilities and altitudes of over 3,300 metres ensure varied days on the slopes and excellent snow conditions. The two glacier ski areas extend the season and make Sölden one of the ski resorts in Tyrol with the most reliable snow conditions.
Whether it’s dynamic carving turns, leisurely runs or wide panoramic slopes – there’s something for everyone here.
Relaxing after a day's skiing
After a day on the slopes, you return to where the day began.
The sporting part of the day draws to a close in the heated ski storage room. Afterwards, the wellness area – the “Tiroler Badl” – awaits, along with a delicious evening meal and perhaps a spot on the sun terrace or at the bar.
Everything is close at hand. No hustle and bustle. No detours. That’s exactly what makes a skiing holiday at the Hotel Alpenfriede so special.
