Finnish sauna

85–95 °C

The traditional Finnish sauna offers intense heat and is ideal for relaxing after an active day in the Ötztal Alps.

The dry heat relaxes the muscles, stimulates the circulation and provides a soothing sense of relaxation.

Bio sauna

50–60 °C

Our bio sauna offers a slightly gentler, but no less relaxing experience.

The lower temperatures and higher humidity create a particularly pleasant sauna atmosphere, ideal for anyone who prefers gentle heat or wishes to enjoy longer sessions in the sauna.

Steam bath

40–50 °C

Warm steam, pleasant temperatures and high humidity create a particularly relaxing atmosphere.

The steam bath helps to relax the body and recharge your batteries after a long day’s skiing. At the same time, the moist heat has a soothing effect on the respiratory tract and skin.

Infrared saunas

Our infrared cabins provide deep-penetrating, soothing warmth.

They help to relax tense muscles, promote recovery and are particularly beneficial after an active day on the slopes of the Sölden ski resort.

Refreshment in the open air

After a session in the sauna, the crisp mountain air awaits.

If you wish, you can step out onto the terrace and enjoy the refreshing coolness. In winter, the snow provides an invigorating contrast to the cosy warmth – a special experience at 2,090 metres above sea level.

Back in the “Tiroler Badl” wellness area, there’s time to take a deep breath, relax and recharge your batteries.

Time to relax in the mountains.

We put our heart and soul into planning your stay.
