Your responsibilities
- Organising and coordinating the entire housekeeping team
- Allocating daily tasks
- Checking cleaned rooms
- Checking the public areas
- Ensuring our quality standards are met
- Point of contact for the housekeeping team
- Co-ordinating special guest requests
- Working with reception and other departments
- Organisation and supervision of laundry
- Organising and supervising the wellness and sauna area
- Training of new staff
- Active involvement in housekeeping as required
What we expect from you
- Experience in housekeeping
- Ideally, experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role
- Organisational skills
- Leadership skills
- An eye for detail
- Commitment to quality
- An independent and structured approach to work
- Commitment and passion for the job
- Ability to work as part of a team, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
- Respectful interaction with staff and guests
- Good command of German; knowledge of English would be an advantage

Your salary
The minimum salary for this role is € 2,500 net per month, plus holiday pay and a Christmas bonus, based on a 6-day week totalling 48 hours. Our offer is negotiable depending on your experience and qualifications.
